To Cope, or How to Cope, That is the Question.

Coping: what is it? And how do we achieve it? Participants will gain a base understaing of Trauma Informed Care with a focus on taking care of yourself, first. 

Bio:

Liz Faraglia is a Milwaukee native and former professional actress/ teaching artist throughout the Milwaukee theater community.  Liz recently graduated with her Masters in Social Work in May 2020 from New York University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Brooklyn, NY where she works as a psychotherapist and client care coordinator to the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.  Liz is thrilled to be returning to Pink Umbrella to lead a discussion and training for this incredible team of artists.
